Created & Led Product Vision

I worked with the executive team to understand their existing product line and then developed a short-term and long-term vision for a digital product that opened new markets and additional revenue streams. I then managed all teams associated with launching the product.

UI/UX Design and Dev Management

Employee training products are notoriously unengaging. The success of this product required creating an engaging and fun employee personality training experience that drives retention. I worked with internal and external development teams to bring the product to life.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

I worked with Sales and Marketing and then designed the Marcom site, email campaigns, and sales funnels & materials to help sell and promote the product. In addition, I created and presented the pitch for a $1M sales meeting with Comcast executives at their headquarters.

MVP to Revenue in Six Months
My team and I worked rapidly to envision, design, develop, and launch an MVP of the product from idea to launch in six months. We then used beta user feedback to quickly optimize the product. It's now used by Fortune 500 companies. 

Designs that Work to Engage
We built the product with state-of-the-art engagement and retention mechanisms as key design drivers. Features like dynamic personality email badges, inter-department competitions, and co-worker duel games drove strong participation and engagement:

76% of invited employees completed a personality test.
120 quizzes completed on
average per person.
+600% above industry average email click-through rate.

Further Revenue Opportunities
Upon completion of the MVP of the product, I leveraged the personality training data we now had to create next-generation product additions like company satisfaction and retention tools and machine learning driven,  email sales enablement tools.
